Booking Policy

Credit card details are required to SECURE a booking for a massage however you will not be charged unless you fail to attend your scheduled appointment outside of the no show/late cancellation policy.

Full payment is required after your treatment.

** Please note, a 10% surcharge is payable for any Public Holiday and Sunday treatments.

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid charges, we request a minimum of 18 hours notice for cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel within the 18 hour period. This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session. As a courtesy to everyone, we thank you for being prompt.   

No Show Policy: 
If you do not attend the scheduled appointment, this will incur a 100% no show fee.
